StepBridge Privacy Policy

StepBridge is a recovery companion app. This policy explains how your data is handled.

Data Collection

StepBridge does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third party. There is no server. All your data — step reflections, diary entries, sobriety date, sponsor links, and settings — is stored locally on your device in the browser's storage (localStorage).

Data Storage

• All data stays on your device.
• Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will permanently delete everything.
• You can export your data at any time via Settings → Export data.
• You can import a previously exported backup via Settings → Import data.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account). This permanently removes your account and all data from your device. This action cannot be undone.

Permissions

StepBridge requests only the following permission:

• Internet — required by the app framework. No data is sent to any server.

Children's Privacy

StepBridge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be available at this URL.
